Western Conference Quarter Finals: Spurs survive in Utah to force final match, 114-104 (3-3).

The Spurs would not relinquish the championship in Utah tonight, somehow overcoming the raucous crowd and a 23-30 hole after one.

Brandon Ingram became the spearhead of survival for San Antone, scoring 36 points in a stellar 15-24 showcase. Dejounte Murray woke up for the grim undertaking, dropping 27 points wih 10 assists. P.J. Tucker had 10 points; Taurean Prince scored 8 points. Avery Bradley managed two steals for 7 points. Nik Stauskas hit two clutch threes, with Timofey Mosgov revealing his worth down low for 14 rebounds 7 3 blocs. Jarrett Allen was the greatest defender tonight with 7 blocks & 9 rebounds!

There were whispers of blowing up the roster had the Spurs gone down in flames tonight, seeing its roster struggle to score and being unable to find the perfect starting five all season long. Tonight, they earned more time to figure it out. Yet Game 7 awaits and Coach Popovich will have to answer.

Donovan Mitchell went 9/21, once again finding Ingram on his heels, scoring 24 points. Mike Conley had 19 points, 11 assists. Rudy Gobert had 15 points, 22 rebounds. Joe Ingles splashed in 22 points. San Antonio led 56-53 at halftime, then 86-75 after the third quarter. The Jazz tried to pull the upset once again, getting within six points before Bradley stole the ball for a dunk by Ingram.
